Qualifications:
-College level or graduate in Aviation, Tourism, or related field is an advantage. Experience in airport operations, ground handling, or logistics is preferred but not always required.
-Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy baggage or cargo (usually up to 25–50 kg).
-Strong teamwork and communication skills.
-Ability to follow safety procedures and work under pressure or in all weather conditions.
-Basic English communication (spoken and written).
-Knowledge of aircraft marshalling signals and ramp safety rules (advantageous).
-Reliable and punctual.
-Safety-conscious and disciplined.
-Can work rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
-Willing to work outdoors and in physically demanding environments.
-Willing to work in Siquijor airport
