What is your mission?
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Transportation Analyst to manage freight auditing, optimize transportation costs, and improve delivery performance. In this role, you'll monitor carrier performance, analyze shipping data, and support logistics planning while ensuring compliance with regulations. If you have strong Excel skills, experience with ERP/TMS systems, and a passion for supply chain efficiency, this is your chance to make an impact in logistics operations.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Monitor daily transportation activities, including carrier performance, delivery times, and freight costs
- Conduct freight audits and ensure cost optimization opportunities are identified and implemented
- Analyze shipping data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and savings potential
- Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs (on-time delivery, transportation costs, shipment accuracy)
- Support transportation planning and scheduling to optimize routing, capacity, and resources
- Assist with carrier selection based on performance metrics and cost analysis
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
- Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or equivalent work experience
- 2–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain analysis
- Experience in freight auditing and cost optimization
- Familiarity with ERP or TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Experience in data analysis and performance reporting
- Familiarity with UPS parcel shipment or similar shipping networks
- Knowledge of SQL and Tableau (or other BI/data visualization tools) is a plus
- Background in freight cost analysis and route optimization preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
