Job Responsibilities:He / She performs as key Quality Representative of FSCT to Supplier. Works closely with Suppliers and Process Engineers to develop and conduct accurate raw material inspection procedures. Ensures that only parts meeting prescribed quality are accepted for use in the manufacture of FPC and Assembly products.

Responsible for controlling supplier-related activities in providing raw materials that meet prescribed quality standards. Responsible for directing, overseeing and monitoring all activities of Supplier related to satisfying FSCT and Customer requirements. Ensures that Supplier Quality Assurance services and final materials meet and exceed FSCT and Customer expectations.

Qualifications:B.S. in Engineering, preferably ECE, Manufacturing, Electrical and Mechanical degree. At least 2 years of SQE or related working experience in Electronics/Semicon. With certificate of awareness on ISO 19011 or IATF Certified.

Can lead supplier audits, internal audits and related quality management audits. Keen to detail; can effectively handle supplier complaints with good analytical and critical thinking skills. Capable in conducting, leading, generating and reviewing quality tools like 8D, Control Plan, FMEA and

Why-Why Analysis. Able to demonstrate the use of statistical and analytical tools. Can work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision.

Knowledgeable on MS Office such as Excel, PPT and Word. Must have analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledgeable in Automotive (IATF) requirements, PPAP, APQP is an advantage.

Project Management experience is an advantage. Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing process is an advantage.
