About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the PTC Commercial Corporation as a Delivery Helper. In this full-time role, you will be based in Tondo, Manila City, Metro Manila and play a key part in the company's warehousing, storage and distribution operations. As a Delivery Helper, you will be responsible for assisting with the safe and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring goods are handled with care
  • Assist the driver with navigating routes and delivering items to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients during deliveries
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and monitor inventory levels
  • Adhere to all health, safety and security protocols
  • Support the wider warehouse and logistics team as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar delivery or warehousing role is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently, with an eye for detail
  • Good physical fitness to handle lifting and loading of goods
  • A valid driver's license would be an advantage
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
