Job Description
As an ArchiCAD Draftsperson, you will be responsible for transforming sketches into build-ready plans using ArchiCAD. You'll collaborate closely with a high-performing team to create detailed modular home designs, ensure drawings meet specifications, and help deliver functional, beautiful homes to rural Western Australia.

The Qualifications We Seek
- Graduate of a degree in Architecture or equivalent with relevant work experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience in construction drawing (modular experience a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ArchiCAD
- Knowledge of modular projects and steel-framed construction
- Understanding of Australian Residential Codes preferred
- Must be full-time and willing to work onsite
- Strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and fast-paced mindset
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken

- Ability to take a sketch and develop a functional project
- Strong skills in following and interpreting instructions, with the foresight to suggest practical solutions or improvements
- Self-driven, accountable, and proactive with a strong sense of initiative
- Excellent attention to detail while maintaining a fast-paced work style
- Consistent in following procedures and maintaining standards
- Willingness to learn and collaborate effectively with the team
Your Daily Tasks
- Draft, detail, and design drawings from sales sketch to construction-ready plans
- Use ArchiCAD to create accurate, detailed architectural designs
- Convert drawings based on client and team needs
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments
- Revise drawings based on senior staff feedback
- Ensure compliance with engineering specs and standards
- Perform additional tasks as needed
