F&B - Cashier

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests to the restaurant, seat them at appropriate tables, and ensure their comfort
• Manage reservations and ensure tables are set up and ready for service
• Oversee the service staff, ensuring they are meeting service standards and provide training when necessary
• Provide guests with menu recommendations, explain specials and answer questions about food and drink items
• Take orders from guests, enter them accurately into the POS system and ensure they are delivered to the kitchen promptly
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established cash handling procedures
• Reconcile daily cash receipts and prepare deposits for accounting department
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure the restaurant is set up for service each day
• Manage guest complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Attend regular staff meetings and provide input on operational improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
