Key Responsibilities:

  • Create targets for ESG and recommend and implement ESG initiatives within the organization.

  • Manage the ESG certification processes to ensure that buildings/sites secure the programmed certifications and recertifications.

  • Oversee and manage ESG data collection and submission process, ensuring that data is timely and accurate.

  • Continuously improve the ESG reporting internal control environment to ensure consistent, accurate, relevant and timely ESG information as well as auditable and efficient reporting processes.

  • Lead the preparation of ESG reports and responses to ESG information requests from stakeholders.

  • Identify potential challenges in ESG reporting and programs and proactively manage them and recommend solutions to ensure on time and quality deliverables.

  • Point of contact for internal inquiries regarding ESG performance data and information. Effectively, supports relevant functions with ESG performance information.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to maintain a well-controlled, standardized internal reporting processes for ESG.

  • Ensure Standards, Policies, Procedures and Guidelines and other documentation supporting ESG reporting activities are in place and that best practices are implemented.

  • Create internal alignment and awareness within the functions regarding ESG programs.

  • Provide foresight and advise on necessary actions regarding new ESG trends and requirements that may be adopted by the organization.

  • Conduct knowledge sharing to ensure ESG targets are achieved.

  • Undertake other ESG related functions as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or any related field (Required)
  • Must have more than 5 years work experience in Sustainability/ESG
  • Strong knowledge and ability to implement Sustainability programs for office buildings
  • Must have knowledge on WELL and LEED building certifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php55,000.00 per month
