The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of clients, executives, and company assets. This role involves proactive risk assessment, close protection services, crowd control, surveillance, and quick response to emergencies. The position requires a high level of vigilance, discipline, and discretion at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Provide close personal protection to assigned individuals (executives, VIPs, or clients).

Monitor surroundings and identify potential threats or suspicious activity.

Escort and secure clients during travel, public appearances, or events.

Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.

Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, or security breaches.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Prepare incident reports and security updates when required.

Qualifications

At least a High School diploma or equivalent (military or police background is an advantage).

Proven experience as a Security Officer, Bodyguard, or in a protective services role.

Physically fit with strong stamina, situational awareness, and alertness.

Knowledge of self-defense techniques, first aid, and emergency response procedures.

Excellent judgment, problem-solving skills, and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations discreetly.
