Position: Account Handler

Department: Tiktok Shop Partner (TSP) Department

Work Setup: Onsite (Muntinlupa)

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients.
• Participate in pitching to new clients.
• Oversee pre-production and ensure smooth livestream broadcasts.
• Ensure project targets are met.
• Review and analyze data to identify trends and predict next steps.
• Prepare reports for both internal teams and clients.
• Report concerns such as customer service issues or insights raised before, during, and after livestreams.
• Monitor livestream-related factors including stocks, equipment, studio setup, and assets.
• Brainstorm and conceptualize ideas with clients and the team to meet project briefs.
• Write scripts for livestreams.
• Route documents for client or management approval.
• Provide behind-the-camera support during livestreams, including:
• Operating OBS (Open Broadcaster Software).
• Cheering to maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Ensuring all assets are correct and in place.
• Reporting any issues encountered during livestreams.
• Gain hands-on experience in livestream hosting to understand the role and effectively evaluate hosts.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in both oral and written English (and local language if applicable).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with clients.
• Proven success in a sales or client-facing role (B2B experience preferred).
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Pleasing personality; confident, friendly, and approachable.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Willing to work shifting schedules and weekends when needed.
• Willing to work onsite in Muntinlupa.
