Duties & Responsibilities

  • Receives and checks spare parts to requested personnel
  • Processes Purchase Requisition Slip (PRS)
  • Assists on canvassing of parts
  • Updates the monthly and yearly inventory report of spare parts
  • Performs inventory, planning, and control of parts
  • Encodes all received items and checks actual quantity vs quality of items
  • Issues items and transacts in NetSuite
  • Cleans area before and after work

Qualifications

  • At least a graduate of any 4-year course
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in related work
  • Proficient in Office software (Excel, Word, & Powerpoint)
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • Time management skills
