We are looking for a Systems and Procedures Analyst to join our team. The role is responsible for ensuring that organizational processes, goods, and services comply with internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines. The successful candidate will play a key role in process improvement, compliance, and documentation management within the Integrated Management System (IMS).

Description of Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update and revise company policies and procedures covering logistics operations to ensure standardization, compliance with IMS standards, and government regulations.
  • Assist the Quality Assurance Manager in preparing the Annual Documentation Plan.
  • Review documented policies and procedures to identify gaps against IMS standards and regulations.
  • Recommend improvements to policies and procedures based on gap analysis results.
  • Control and maintain all IMS-related documents and records, including those in electronic media.
  • Prepare and submit aduti plans; conduct audtis to evaluate compliance with ISO standards and company policies.
  • Ensure supplier accreditation and complete documentation requirements.
  • Assist in project planning and implementation of new initiatives and special services.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of BS in Industrial Engineering or any related degree
  • At least 1 year of related experience
  • Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
  • Proficiency in process mapping, gap analysis, and policy/procedure writing
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
