Key Responsibilities:
- Operation: Safely maneuver the manlift to designated heights, coordinating with ground crew and supervisors.
- Safety & Compliance: Conduct daily pre-shift inspections, maintain equipment cleanliness, and adhere to all site-specific and OSHA safety regulations.
- Maintenance: Perform routine checks, refueling, lubrication, and report any malfunctions or needed repairs.
- Documentation: Complete daily logs, time cards, and any required paperwork accurately.
- Workplace Management: Maintain good housekeeping in the work area and ensure efficient coordination with other trades.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Certification: Valid training and certification (e.g., TESDA NC II in relevant fields).
- Experience: Previous experience operating aerial lifts or heavy equipment.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of workplace safety standards and equipment operation.
- Attributes: Physical fitness, strong communication, alertness, and a safety-first attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
