Job Description:
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages.
- Greet Customers, taking orders, describing menu items and suggesting products to customers
- Operate a cash register and/or POS system to accurately scan, processing customer payments and bag orders for customers.
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment
- Cleaning service and seating areas
- Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies
Job Qualifications:
- vocational graduate or college level are welcome
- At least with 6 months experience as barista, cashier or service crew
- Great communication skills
- A happy, friendly personality
- Customer service skills and knowledge
- High level of attention-to-detail
- Good level of literacy and numeracy
- Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes
- Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work
- Positive and approachable manner
- Team player qualities
