AMA Computer College Inc. is seeking an experienced and passionate full-time faculty member to join our dynamic team of educators at our Dagupan City, Pangasinan campus. As an SHS (Senior High School) Full-Time Faculty, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our students, delivering high-quality instruction and fostering a supportive learning environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and deliver engaging, interactive lessons that align with the institution's curriculum and learning objectives
  2. Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their academic growth
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching methods and curriculum
  4. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and other institutional initiatives
  5. Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students, ensuring their success
  6. Contribute to the overall positive culture and reputation of the institution

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  2. Relevant teaching experience at the secondary or tertiary level, preferably in the field of education
  3. Strong subject matter expertise and a passion for imparting knowledge
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students effectively
  5. Ability to adapt to different teaching methodologies and technologies
  6. Commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative teaching approach
