  • Oversees the management and coordination of all financial and management reporting activities of the Group of Companies
  • Provides management with timely, relevant, meaningful and fairly stated financial statements, and inputs to financial performance monitoring
  • Manages all statutory compliance obligations, including liaising with tax authorities and external auditors
  • Provides support for commercial finance decision-making including pricing, profitability, gross margin analysis, etc.
  • Management of day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, inventory, sales, general accounting and intercompany transactions integrating finance functions with Sales, Operations, Billing, Credit and Collection, etc.
  • Manages financial planning processes including budget, forecast, cash flow and tax
  • Assesses new requirements for accounting and tax compliance and facilitates development of framework, methods and processes for adoption and implementation of the group.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of B.S. Accountancy
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • At least 10 years of experience, 5 years of which are spent in top auditing firms
  • Strong core financial reporting skills covering consolidation, financial reporting
  • A team player willing to be hands on in a dynamic and fast paced environment
