Overview

The Manager, React Native SME is responsible for
designing, architecting, and delivering high-performance, reusable mobile and web components
using React Native. This role drives the creation of
scalable, responsive, and accessible features
across multiple devices, collaborating closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Backend Engineers, and the Solution Architect to ensure architectural excellence and outstanding user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, architect, and implement scalable mobile and web components with React Native.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with architectural best practices and business goals.
  • Optimize applications for
    performance, usability, and accessibility
    across devices.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and native platform features.
  • Debug and resolve complex cross-platform issues.
  • Conduct code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and participate in Agile ceremonies.
  • Stay current with emerging mobile development trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in React
    and
    extensive hands-on experience with React Native
    .
  • Advanced skills in JavaScript and
    expert-level proficiency in TypeScript
    .
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration patterns.
  • Strong knowledge of native mobile capabilities and limitations (iOS & Android).
  • Experience with mobile build tools and app store release processes (App Store / Google Play).
  • Familiarity with Git, version control workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Exposure to performance profiling, mobile debugging tools, and cross-platform optimization techniques.
