About the role

This is a full-time Telemarketer position at People's Credit Network Finance Company, Inc. in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to prospective customers, with the aim of generating new business opportunities for the company. The position is focused on customer service and sales in the call centre and customer service industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Making outbound sales calls to potential customers
  2. Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate financial products and services
  3. Achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  4. Providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships with customers
  5. Maintaining detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions
  6. Collaborating with the sales team to share best practices and support each other
  7. Participating in training sessions to continuously improve sales and product knowledge

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a sales or telemarketing role, preferably in the finance or customer service industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade customers
  3. Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
  4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  6. A passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service
