DOCUMENT FORMATTER

TYPE: FULL TIME; INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

Position Overview

The Document Formatter is responsible for preparing, formatting, and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation before delivery to clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat, and the ability to identify and correct errors in text and layout.

Key Responsibilities

• Format and prepare documents for delivery to customers in accordance with company standards.
• Proofread and edit text to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Copy, cut, and paste content while maintaining document structure and integrity.
• Ensure final documents are free from typographical errors, formatting issues, and missing content.
• Review and adjust layout, style, and formatting to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple documents and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of formatting standards and best practices for professional documents.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Home Office Requirements:

• Internet Connection : Must be 25 mbps at the least, preferably wired connection with PLDT, Cable connection is fine if it's more than 5mbps. We DO NOT accept plug-in, wi-fi or wimax.
• Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a good working computer.
• Headsets : The Contractor must have a noise cancelling headsets preferably Plantronics Blackwire C320M headsets. Assessment will be done during test calls.
• Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
• Webcam - for meeting purposes
• Must be comfortable in working with Time Doctor/Screenshot Monitor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
