Position Overview: We are looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with their purchases, and help maintain an inviting store environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide assistance in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Sales: Actively engage with customers to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets through product knowledge and effective communication.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, promotions, and inventory to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Merchandising: Assist in maintaining store appearance by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented.
  • Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash, credit, and other payment methods.
  • Inventory Management: Help with inventory counts, receive shipments, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and report any issues or concerns to management to improve service quality.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors / College Degree or equivalent; relevant retail experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency with cash register operations.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
