Junior Behavioral Therapist:

Therapy Implementation

  • Deliver one-on-one or small group behavioral therapy sessions using evidence-based practices (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis – ABA).
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies designed by Case Manager.
  • Utilize structured teaching methods, reinforcement techniques, and behavior management strategies.
  • Collect accurate data on client performance and behaviors during each session.
  • Support the case manager during Assessments and Evaluations.

Progress Monitoring and Documentation

  • Record daily session notes and maintain organized client files.
  • Monitor client progress toward treatment goals and provide regular updates to Senior Therapist and Case Manager.
  • Assist in preparing progress reports, charts, and other documentation required for client evaluation.

Collaboration and Support

  • Work closely with Senior Behavioral Therapists, Case Managers, teachers, and parents to ensure consistency of interventions across settings (center, home, school).
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and case conferences as required.
  • Provide feedback to families on session outcomes.

Child Care and Safety

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children during sessions.
  • Support the development of social, communication, and daily living skills.
  • Address challenging behaviors calmly and effectively, following established protocols.

Professional Development

  • Participate in ongoing training and workshops to enhance therapy skills.
  • Seek supervision and feedback to continually improve service delivery.

Materials

  • Creating/Preparing materials needed for the session.
  • Maximize resources and creativity by using materials provided by the center.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
