KEY FUNCTIONS:

  • Create and evolve data architecture roadmap, to align with continuously evolving business needs
  • Design end to end analytical workflows, including overall architecture, capabilities, platforms, tools and governing processes
  • Create, maintain, and communicate positioning/go-forward strategies for analytical capabilities/tools
  • Share governance responsibility to ensure alignment to enterprise guidelines for data security, auditability, governance, metadata management, etc.
  • Define organization-wide data domains topology and assign domain owners
  • Help define/improve best practices, guidelines and integration between enterprise solutions and applications
  • Monitor technology trends and perform discovery of any new tools/capabilities of interest

  • Responsible for:

  • Data patterns and reference architectures

  • Existing, target and transition data architecture
  • Data domains structure

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of data architecture experience
  • 5+ years in data engineering
  • Deep understanding of data modeling principles for structured, semi and unstructured data including physical, logical and conceptual modeling
  • Hands-on experience with implementing data lake architecture
  • Deep practical experience with ETL/ELT process implementation and maintenance
  • Advanced comprehension of data integration patterns and methods
  • Profound understanding of data mastering principles
  • Experience with data quality management solutions in distributed data environment
  • Experience of Developing BI tools articulating business needs is advantageous
