Job Description:

  • Performing network optimization and planning, including network KPI monitoring and analysis.
  • Completing optimization tasks assigned by the project team.
  • Leading the team on specific projects to achieve project targets.
  • Coordinating with the customer for progress presentations, proposals, and solution discussions.

Qualifications:

  • 4-years Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Communications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or other related engineering fields.
  • More than 3 years of optimization experience.
  • Familiar with optimization tools such as MapInfo, Company's GENEX Probe, Assistant, Google Earth, etc.
  • Knowledgeable in 2G/3G/4G/5G communication technology, including signaling and architecture.
  • Willing to work on project assignments nationwide, with business trips as required.
  • Experience with multi-vendor environments is preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills and excellent leadership abilities are preferred.
