About the role

Yili Joyday Ice Cream is seeking a full-time Marketing Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a Marketing Sales Agent, you will play a vital role in driving sales and promoting our premium ice cream products across the local market. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our rapidly expanding company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify and acquire new customers
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
  3. Organise and participate in promotional events, product demonstrations, and brand-building activities
  4. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive brand experience
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns
  6. Gather and report on market intelligence, customer feedback, and sales data to inform business decisions
  7. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or retail industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of customers
  3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to close sales and handle customer inquiries
  4. Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a passion for sales and marketing
  5. Familiarity with the local Davao City market and strong understanding of consumer trends
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
