POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides assistance to personnel and visitors with regards to status and conditions of site, equipment, and activities by ensuring proper documentation and monitoring.
Position requirements:
Education: Degree Holder or Vocational technical course Computer literate Basic Knowledge on Electrical, AC/DC equipment maintenance and Operation
Experience: At least one (1) year working experience. Can Drive Motorcycle and have driver's license.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide a proper security plan (manned/unmanned) to ensure the safety and security of all equipment at the site.
Prepare precautionary measures and plan improvements for site surveillance.
Manages all incidents including police reports, investigations, court hearings etc. Ensure that documentation should be submitted within 36 hours from the time of incident.
Report any stolen items or tampered assets inside the site to TOC and RM and provide clear photos for documentation.
Coordinate with the Local Barangay and/or Police Station regarding incidents at site (if necessary)
Attend to emergency calls and provide site assistance.
Conduct Site Inspection to ensure that it's in normal working operation. Including checking and taking photos of Site Perimeter (Fence/ Wall/ Gate/ Locks), Electric Power Meter, Site Electrical Panels, Tower, Equipment Groundings, Busbar, Perimeter Lights, Fire Extinguishers, Rectifiers, Equipment Cabinets, Genset, Genset Run Hour Meter, Current Fuel Level and Day Tank. If site with Cabin: Inspection of Cabin Doors, Airconditioning Unit, Groundings, Equipment, and assets inside the cabin.
Report site for overgrown vegetation for site clean-up.
Competency Requirements:
- Skills on basic to technical problem solving, judgment, time management, communication, customer relations, and interpersonal skills.
-Basic to advance knowledge and skills in handling and in troubleshooting electronics and mechanical equipment such as generators and air conditioning unit.
