As a
Teller
, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through friendly and efficient servicing of deposits, withdrawals, bills and loan payments.

What You'll Do:

• Receives cash and checks from over-the-counter transactions and pick-up / delivers deposits from/to clients ensuring that they are complete, balanced, and accounted for.
• Receives and safekeeps the cash box from the Cashier; Checks totals and breakdowns by tallying them against the processed transactions.
• Validates documents of various transactions by encoding the applicable codes. Initiates the re-entry and back-up of items posted in the off-line mode.
• Prepares cash transfer slips for cash requisitions and cash turnover.
• Balances the daily transactions and accomplishes error sheet when needed.
• Performs balancing of ATM withdrawals and machine cash loading and replenishment with the supervision of the Cashier ; prepares ATM proof sheet.
• Processes miscellaneous collections / payments such as SSS, BIR, and other government payments.
• Uphold the bank's service standards and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Marketing, or related fields.
• Must have good analytical skills and good communication skills in both oral and written.
• Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates who are eager to grow in the banking industry.
