Job description · In charge of docketing documents needed for conversion.
· In charge of monitoring, updating, and encoding the conversion database.
· Prepare a summary report for conversion meetings.
· Accommodates customer concerns over the phone or personally.
· Requests funds for payment and follows up with the Accounting and Treasury Department.
· Responsible for the liquidation of all payment transactions.
· Monitors their liaison's itinerary and outputs.
