Roving Merchandiser

• Inventory management: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels, forecast sales, and manage inventory reports. This also includes rotating perishable items and organizing stockrooms.
• Product display and visual merchandising: Create and maintain attractive product displays that align with the brand's strategy to attract customers. This can include setting up promotional displays, signs, and window displays.
• Sales and promotion: Plan and execute sales and marketing promotions to drive sales and analyze their effectiveness.
• Pricing strategy: Set or approve pricing strategies by analyzing competitor pricing, market trends, and product value.
• Supplier and retailer coordination: Work with suppliers and store staff to ensure products are delivered on time and displays are correctly maintained.
• Data analysis: Analyze sales and market data to understand consumer behavior, predict trends, and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
• Staff training: Train store staff on proper stock rotation and display maintenance.
