Position Summary: (AUSTRALIAN CLIENT)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Transport Coordinator to manage and oversee full container load (FCL) operations, wharf activities, and coordination with shipping lines and clients. This role involves handling documentation, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring smooth execution of transport logistics using systems like FreightTracker and OneStop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end FCL container movements, including deliveries, unpacking, and dehire processes
  • Liaise with wharf operators, shipping lines, and clients to ensure timely and accurate transport execution
  • Prepare and manage essential documentation such as CADs, EDOs, VGMs, and PRAs
  • Monitor container status and update stakeholders accordingly
  • Utilize FreightTracker and OneStop systems for tracking, scheduling, and reporting
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate transport records
  • Support administrative tasks related to transport operations
  • Resolve transport-related issues and escalate when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Proven experience in transport coordination or freight forwarding, especially with FCL operations
  • Strong understanding of wharf procedures, shipping line protocols, and container logistics
  • Familiarity with CADs, EDOs, VGMs, PRAs, and other transport documentation
  • Proficiency in FreightTracker and OneStop systems
  • Excellent communication skills for client coordination and stakeholder updates
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Competency in data entry and general administrative duties
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach

Preferred:

  • Background in Freight Tracker or Cargowise1
  • Experience in unpacking coordination and container dehire processes
  • Knowledge of local transport regulations and compliance standards
  • Background in logistics, supply chain, or related field

We will provide the necessary equipment, including a laptop, extra monitor, mouse, headset, and camera. You must have an isolated quiet working space at home. & a stable internet connection of at least 25mbps.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
