Emerging Power Inc. (EPI) is the renewable energy arm of Nickel Asia Corporation (NAC), dedicated to developing large-scale solar, wind, hydropower, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and other renewable energy projects across the Philippines. As a key player in the country's shift to clean energy, EPI is committed to delivering innovative and sustainable power solutions.

We are seeking a Corporate Strategy, Planning, and Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will play a critical part in shaping EPI's strategic direction, ensuring strong financial performance, and supporting high-level engagements with stakeholders and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare management reports on business performance for internal decision-making.
  • Develop stakeholder reports covering corporate initiatives and project activities.
  • Support the CFO in preparing board materials, investor decks, and executive presentations.
  • Engage with potential investors and lenders to support fundraising and financing initiatives.
  • Lead the company's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives and oversee ESG reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
  • At least 7–10 years of experience in corporate strategy, financial planning, or investment banking, preferably in the energy, infrastructure, or related industries.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, investor relations, or corporate finance transactions.
  • Knowledge of ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and with senior leadership.
