LOCATION: PASACAO CAMARINES SUR & NAIC CAVITE

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Supervise daily activities e.g., product receiving/storage/loading/product blending to tank trucks and vessels.

2. Supervise preparation, set up and pumping operation, and assume the role of Loading master, during tanker receiving and loading.

3. Maintain and provide efficient backup to supply department, ensuring sufficient inventory levels.

4. Inspect and evaluate the condition of facility & equipment to prevent downtime or interrupted loading operation and report recommendations to Superintendent.

5. Assist in and oversee that maintenance activities are executed in a safe and professional manner.

6. Implement and improve existing safety programs.

7. Provide training to workers and provide upgrade to various technical skills.

8. Analyze all opportunities and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

9. Monitors the strict implementations of administrative and safety policies, standard operating procedures, rules and regulations at all levels in the Terminal.

10. Ensures compliance to government laws and regulations.

11. Dedicated to meeting and/or exceeding the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.

12. Ability to develop budget recommendations and to prepare and maintain records.

13. Develop and maintain necessary records and reports such as: supply inventories, equipment history and calibration records, near-miss, incident and accident reports, and monthly summary and highlight reports, etc.

14. Ensures that operations and activities relative to vessel receiving/loading/bunkering and tank truck loading including Jet A-1 quality control checks are implemented including the required documentation of transactions. Ensures that pre and post loading inspections and sealing tank trucks are conducted.

15. Prepares and submits required reports to Clients and concerned parties.

16. Ensures that periodic inventories of all Products, additives and assets are conducted and documented.

17. Approves incoming and outgoing Gate Pass for materials/supplies.

18. Ensures strict implementation and adherence to Company and HSE policies, rules and regulations; recommends and implements disciplinary actions in case of violations. Assists the Terminal Manager in developing and formulating a high level of safety standards for recommendation to HSE.

19. Supervise day-to-day fuel movements (Receiving, Storage and Loading) within the facility, ensuring operations are safely performed, equipment/assets are well maintained and external regulations are complied, while achieving the company/business objectives.

20. Able to take on roles focused on HSSE, Maintenance, Inventory and Financial Accounting as well as other responsibilities of other team members as needed.

21. Membership of the Depot's Emergency Response Team.

22. Performs other relevant functions assigned by his superiors.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1. The candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering. Other combinations of training and/or experience that can be demonstrated to result in the possession of knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the duties of this position will also be considered.

2. Must possess the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

3. Knowledge of methods, practices, equipment and machinery used in depot operation.

4. Knowledge and ability to execute safety programs.

5. Working knowledge of occupational hazards and of necessary safety precautions.

6. Must be able to train and supervise staff.

7. Ability to work with minimal supervision, establish priorities, and prepare budgets.

8. Experience with software such as SAP is an advantage.

9. Familiarization with ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System), and ISO Occupational Health and Safety) is an advantage.

10. Preferably with LCM, BOSH, COSH, PCO Training and accreditation.

11. Have basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices

12. Good communication skills, both oral and written.

13. Must be with driving skills and a valid driver's license
