I. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting cycles, serving as the report producer and ensuring accuracy and clarity.

B. Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to management.

C. Design, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives and drive performance accountability.

D. Develop and maintain robust budgeting and forecasting models, ensuring precision, timeliness, and relevance to business needs.

E. Transform accounting data into business insights through dashboards, reports, and advanced data visualization tools.

F. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial planning is integrated with operational strategies and goals.

G. Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, including automation, workflow optimization, and adoption of best practices.

II. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the CFO and FAD Manager.

III. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

A. Strong understanding of management accounting principles and their application to business operations.

B. Advanced proficiency in Excel

C. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with attention to detail and accuracy.

D. Skilled in data visualization to communicate insights effectively.

E. Analytical mindset with the ability to link financial data to operational drivers and strategic decisions.

F. Strong communication skills to present findings clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders

G. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while supporting team objectives.
