Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize tax liabilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns (income tax, VAT, etc.)
  • Conduct internal reviews and audits of tax records
  • Provide guidance to senior management on tax-related matters
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams for tax reporting accuracy
  • Represent the company in dealings with tax authorities
  • Mentor junior staff in tax best practices

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in tax compliance or advisory roles, ideally in business services or corporate advisory
  • CPA required; tax lawyer credentials are a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in tax software and digital tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to compliance and accuracy
