HR Intern – Talent Acquisition

Work Arrangement: On-site, Monday to Friday

Internship Duration: Minimum of 400 hours

Allowance: PHP 300 per day (8-hour shift)

What You'll Be Doing


• Support sourcing efforts across multiple platforms (Jobstreet, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)


• Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on hiring requirements


• Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars with candidates and hiring managers


• Assist during interviews and prepare candidate feedback summaries


• Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment reports


• Work on employer branding content (social posts, job ads, etc.) using Canva


• Participate in recruitment drives, events, and onboarding activities


• Brainstorm better ways to improve the candidate experience

What We're Looking For


• Currently enrolled in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related course


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Tech-savvy and comfortable using spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and messaging platforms


• Very good in using Canva for recruitment and employer branding materials


• Organized, proactive, and attentive to detail


• Curious about people and passionate about matching the right talent with the right role


• Can commit to a minimum of 400 internship hours


• Willing to work onsite with our team Monday to Friday
