Position Overview:
The Steward ensures cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all kitchen tools, equipment, and workspaces. This role supports the kitchen team by providing clean plates, utensils, and cookware during and after service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash all kitchenware using designated dishwashing machines or by hand.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dish pit and surrounding work areas.
- Collect and sort waste and recyclables properly.
- Clean kitchen floors, walls, and storage shelves.
- Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries.
- Monitor chemical levels and cleaning supply stocks.
- Support chefs in maintaining a safe, sanitary environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior stewarding experience preferred.
- Physically fit and able to stand and lift for extended periods.
- High level of cleanliness and discipline.
- Positive attitude and reliability in shift coverage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php18,100.00 per month
