- Graduate of Engineering or any related technical or vocational course
- At least 1 to 2 years in Electro-Mechanic (Industrial and Commercial)
- Knowledge of basic motor rewinding and troubleshooting
- Knowledge in using electrical / mechanical tools and equipment
- Can do and interpret electrical diagrams and understand the procedure manual of the machine
- Flexible in working hours and good communication skills
