Warehouse Encoder

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Encode all incoming and outgoing materials, products, and supplies into the warehouse management system (WMS) or database.
• Maintain and update accurate inventory records, including stock levels, transfers, and adjustments.
• Prepare and generate reports such as stock movement, discrepancies, and daily/weekly inventory summaries.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of documents (delivery receipts, purchase orders, pick lists, etc.) before encoding.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding discrepancies in quantity, item description, or documentation.
• Monitor stock availability and highlight shortages or overages to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Safekeep and organize warehouse-related documents for easy retrieval.
• Assist in physical inventory counts and
• reconciliation.
• Provide clerical support to warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• At least a high school diploma, preferably with vocational/college background in business, IT, or logistics.
• Experience in warehouse or inventory encoding is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and/or warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
