About the role
Reporting to the Head of Marketplace, Kimstore Enterprise Corp. has an exciting opportunity for a Martketplace Lead to join our growing team. In this full-time role based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our online marketplace operations to drive sales and customer engagement.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online marketplace platforms to ensure seamless customer experience
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, traffic and customer loyalty on our marketplace channels (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok etc.)
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to list new products, update inventory and manage customer inquiries
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and marketplace best practices to identify growth opportunities
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the marketplace team to foster their professional development
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years of experience managing online marketplace operations for a retail or e-commerce business
- Strong understanding of marketplace platforms, algorithms and strategies to drive sales and growth
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve ambitious targets
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
