Cadet Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads, plans, controls the operation section.
• manage and control incoming and outgoing processing related activities such as job requests from internal customers.
• provide and monitor production inventory of parts and materials.
• ensure that all units sent/released output conformers with set quality standards.
• Coordinate with production planner on matters pertaining to needed materials and supplies for the engine.
• maintains, implements, and processes quality standards.
• Implements work order
• Review, and evaluate processes, repair improvements and coordinate the same with the organization interface.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and equipment for purchasing for production efficiency.
• Reviews, recommends, and handles Quality Issues
• timely submission of required quality reports such as inferior parts.
• Ensure that the workers follow the organization's policies and procedures, and enforce it for compliance.
• daily updates of electronics OMB-DOOR
• Perform other tasks that the immediate superior may assign from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATION/S:

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering
• Preferably with license or accreditation certificate
• With experience in managing people or in production operation is an advantage.
• With good oral and written communication skills, computer literate, leadership skills, and result-oriented.
• Must be flexible, hardworking, innovative, and have the ability to multitask.

• Willing to work in Novaliches, Quezon City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
