Role description:

  • Mid-level professional, working as an integrated member of the delivery team, supporting the collection and analysis of data, the development of design solutions, and documenting the findings.
  • Act as a project resource, carrying out tasks as required by the Team Manager/Task Manager/Senior Architect
  • Knowledgeable and dependent person on the project

Role accountabilities:

  • Well organized, detail oriented, good at communicating ideas and information and willing to work on a variety of project types through various phases.
  • Perform role in accordance with Arcadis behavioral framework.
  • Must be able to meet the challenges of fast paced projects and anticipate job expectations.
  • Act as a project resource, completing allocated activities to meet budget, timeframe and quality objectives and meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Review own work to ensure that it meets specified standards before checking by others
  • Take responsibility for own safety and understand Arcadis Health and Safety Principles
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure the integrity of project interfaces

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an architecture related   discipline
  • Achieved Licensed status or equivalent
  • Proficient in Design, Autocad and Revit Architecture
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in architecture design works
  • Competent in design and planning skills relevant to the area of work and awareness of related disciplines
  • Intermediate to advanced Bim technical drafting and modelling skills (Revit and Autocad)
  • Experience in Industrial Manufacturing, Data Center, Process Engineering, Pharmaceutical project is a plus.
  • Experience in life sciences and semiconductor project is an advantage
  • Experience in other disciplines like Urban Design, Landscape and Graphics Design is a plus.
  • Experience in 3d visualizations or rendering.
