Area Sales Representative – Region 6

Job Description

  • Drive regional sales performance by onboarding, training, and continuously supporting business partners including General Trade accounts, Dealers, and Mini Concept Stores.
  • Establish and communicate performance expectations to Area Sales Managers (ASMs), and manage their planning, monitoring, and evaluation of sales achievements.
  • Create sales strategies, targets, and quotas that support the company's overall national objectives.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations during strategic planning and business reviews to strengthen regional performance.
  • Implement operational initiatives that improve productivity, product availability, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify operational gaps, conduct assessments, analyze market developments, propose solutions, and apply improvements to enhance sales processes.
  • Deliver regional sales targets through effective forecasting, budgeting, cost management, performance monitoring, and corrective actions.
  • Recruit and develop new business partners for the INGCO GenTrade store network.
  • Build strong partnerships with existing customers while identifying emerging opportunities and potential new clients.
  • Manage order processing and promptly address concerns from Gen Trade partners.

Job Specifications

  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree program.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar or related role.
  • Strong experience in territory development, negotiation, communication, and team leadership.
  • Must possess a professional driver's license and be willing to relocate if necessary.
  • Open to work and/or relocation within Region 6.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
