Are you a highly organized, detail-driven individual with strong data accuracy skills? We are looking for a Home-Based Data Entry Specialist to support a fast-growing U.S.-based company in the promotional products industry. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, reliable records while working across platforms like Salesforce and internal systems. Your role is vital in ensuring data consistency, document organization, and supporting operations with high-quality information.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal English proficiency for effective collaboration.

  • Organizational Excellence: Skilled in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and digital files.

  • Data Accuracy: Strong attention to detail and consistency when entering and reviewing information.

  • Time Management: Capable of working independently and meeting tight deadlines.

  • Technical Proficiency: Fast and accurate typing, and comfort using systems like Salesforce and Excel.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry from inspection reports, documents, and photos.

  • Review submitted inspection materials for completeness and adherence to quality standards.

  • Tag, organize, and categorize inspection images and digital records.

  • Identify and flag inconsistencies or missing data in submissions.

  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure data integrity and compliance.

  • Use Salesforce and other systems to input results, manage records, and track project status.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to clarify missing or unclear documentation.

  • Recommend improvements to workflows or suggest automation opportunities.

  • Complete other administrative or support tasks as needed.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: College degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years in Data Entry, Administrative Support, Office Assistant, or similar role.

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

  • Schedule: Able to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Monday to Friday).

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, validation), Google Workspace, Word, Outlook, and Salesforce.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: Php 30,000 – Php 35,000
