Our US Partner Client is a rapidly growing technology solutions provider focusing upon Cloud, Cyber Security, Networking, Disaster Recovery, and Managed Services.

We're on the hunt for a driven IT Service Operations Supervisor – MSP to lead our client's regional ASE (Associate Support Engineer) team to success. In this role, you'll not only manage operations—you'll inspire, coach, and guide your team to achieve measurable KPIs, expand their technical expertise, and grow their careers.

You'll be the go-to leader ensuring smooth case handling, smart escalations, and first-touch resolutions—all while creating a positive, learning-driven environment where your team thrives. If you combine strong leadership skills with customer service excellence and solid technical know-how, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift, and in a Work in the office set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead & Motivate: Inspire your team to consistently hit performance targets and achieve learning milestones.
  • Drive Efficiency: Ensure the coordination team operates at peak performance, aligned with departmental goals.
  • Case Management Excellence: Work closely with Service Delivery Managers to ensure cases are prioritized, resolved, and documented effectively.
  • Coach for Growth: Conduct regular skill and competency reviews to map out clear career paths for team members.
  • Foster Expertise: Oversee certifications, mentorships, and training schedules to prepare apprentices for Technical Support Engineer roles within 12 months.
  • Champion Best Practices: Uphold standards for communication, documentation, prioritization, and escalation processes.
  • Adapt & Deliver: Balance priorities in a fast-paced environment and be ready to step in outside regular hours if needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Service Desk Supervisor, MSP Manager, or similar leadership role
  • Strong understanding of MSP products, services, and technical operations
  • Proven ability to lead distributed or remote teams
  • Experience managing client and partner relationships at a high level
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
  • ITIL certification is a plus
