About the role
As the Property Head at Pacific Skyloft Residences Condominium Corporation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of this prestigious residential development. This full-time position is based in Sampaloc, Manila City, Metro Manila, and offers the opportunity to be part of an experienced team dedicated to providing an exceptional living experience for all residents.
What you'll be doing
- Handling administrative duties related to the management of the condominium property
- Assisting with the coordination of maintenance, cleaning, and other services for common areas
- Responding to and resolving queries and concerns from residents in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the property
- Liaising with external vendors and contractors to ensure the effective delivery of services
- Supporting the Property Manager in the implementation of policies and procedures
- Providing administrative support to the management team as required
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar property/hotel/mall administration or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, contractors, and management
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
- A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Knowledge of real estate and property management regulations and best practices
- A professional and courteous demeanour, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
