Job Title: Senior Accountant (Ecommerce Client Support)

We help ambitious international businesses run clean, scalable finance. Clients include ecommerce brands, 3PLs, agencies, Amazon sellers, SaaS, and complex multi-entity setups. We handle international tax planning, company structuring, bookkeeping, CFO services, audits, and M&A diligence. The promise is simple: headache-free finance so clients can scale.
What you will own
Month-end accuracy. Reconcile banks, marketplaces, and intercompany balances. Ensure COGS, reserves, and deferred balances are booked correctly.
Financial statements. Deliver clean P&L and balance sheets with supporting schedules, ready for manager review.
Process discipline. Follow SOPs, spot gaps, and recommend improvements to shorten close and reduce errors.
Data reliability. Keep Xero/QBO clean. Validate inputs from ecommerce platforms.
Audit readiness. Maintain working papers that withstand scrutiny and make reviews smooth.
What success looks like
30 days: You can independently run reconciliations and schedules with minimal review.
90 days: You've landed improvements in close speed or accuracy and reduced recurring errors.
12 months: You're the go-to for technical accounting issues and can train others to reach your level.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA/ACCA/CA (or working towards one) is a strong plus.
3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to ecommerce or multi-entity businesses.
Skilled in reconciliations, COGS/inventory logic, and supporting audits.
Strong written and spoken English.
