About the role:

Duo Tax is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team in this newly created full-time role to support the execution of the marketing strategy. In this data entry role, you will be reporting to and working closely with the marketing team and director to implement a number of projects, campaigns and initiatives.

Key deliverables:

  • Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns, including social media, email, direct mail and digital marketing.
  • Assist in the development of brand strategies, aligning with overall marketing objectives and positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and brand voice.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executives on the management of all social media profiles and the contents.
  • Assist the team in monitoring social media trends and implement new features across platforms to keep our brand current and competitive.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in day-to-day tasks required such as email management, content upload and calendar organisation.
  • Assist the team in crafting and refining web copy, blog entries, and additional marketing assets.

Essential requirements:

  • Stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps speed)

  • Laptop or desktop - (Windows device only), HD webcam, noise-cancelling headphones.

  • Generator and mobile data access (which is essential should you experience power interruptions).

  • A home office set up, well-lit and quiet

  • Must be residing in Metro Manila to progress

To be successful, you will have:

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Be highly organised and have impeccable time management skills

  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing techniques and tools, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing automation software are a plus (not necessary as we can train you)

  • The confidence and willingness to contribute ideas and suggest innovative ways to achieve the same or better outcomes.

Background requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • In depth knowledge & experience 2+ years working for offshore BPO's

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
