Mining Engineer

MINING ENGINEER - OPERATIONS

Job Qualification/Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Mining Engineer
• At least 6 months of work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Familiarity with mine planning software (e.g., Surpac, AutoCAD, Minesight) is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong technical knowledge in mining concepts, including risk management, incident investigation and management, systems development, behavioral safety, change management, hazard recognition, and OH&S.

LICENSE/S REQUIRED:

Licensed Mining Engineer

Professional Driver's License

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report directly to the Mine/ Quarry Manager
• Prepare short and long-term mining development plans (raw materials for cement processing and aggregate plants) using mining software.
• Prepare the mine development and production schedules.
• Monitor and update progress (conduct mine survey and coordinate with field operations).
• Monitor mine costs (fuel, equipment, manpower, etc.).
• Process and submission of internal and external related reports (mine plan activity updates and Government /MPSA reports).
• Implement mine safety and health, and environmental regulations at all times. · Strictly observe Company policies and guidelines.
