Job Type: Full-time

• Assist clients with visa applications, requirements, and documentation for various destinations
• Provide accurate and updated information on embassy rules, visa fees, and processing times
• Review and verify client documents before submission
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa centers for application follow-ups
• Track and update clients on the status of their visa applications
• Ensure compliance with immigration and travel regulations
• Maintain records and organize files for all processed applications
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally

• High school graduate (Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred but not required)
• Experience in visa processing, travel documentation, or customer service is an advantage
• Knowledge of different visa types (tourist, business, student, etc.) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
• Can work independently and as part of a team
