This role upholds the highest standards of patient safety, comfort, and service throughout the continuum of care — from pre-operative evaluation to post-procedure follow-up. The role also provides leadership and mentorship to the nursing team, fosters effective collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and exemplifies TSSCC's commitment to Care Beyond Compare.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC License.
- Prior experience in operating room procedures is a must
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
