  • Should be proficient in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of both analog and IP-based CCTV systems
  • Mounting cameras, running and terminating cables, and setting up DVRs, NVRs, and network configurations including IP addressing and remote viewing access
  • Must be capable of troubleshooting technical issues such as video loss, poor image quality, power failures, or hard drive malfunctions
  • Familiarity with configuring system features such as motion detection, recording schedules, and mobile integration is essential.
  • Good understanding of basic electrical systems, low-voltage power, and PoE (Power over Ethernet) is required
  • Experience using tools like multimeters, cable testers, and crimping tools
  • Have knowledge leading CCTV brands such as Hikvision, et., and be able to read and work from system diagrams and layout plans.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively
  • A customer-service mindset, ability to work in a team, and willingness to travel across PTC Branches are also important qualities.
