Salesman- Tire

Job Purpose:

To achieve sales growth by handling tire sales through effective customer service, account management, and technical product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow client base.
• Provide accurate tire recommendations based on customer needs.
• Maintain updated knowledge of tire products and competitor offerings.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and ensure order fulfillment.
• Submit timely and accurate sales reports.
• Support promotional and marketing campaigns.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Sales target achievement (% of quota met).
• Number of new accounts acquired monthly.
• Customer satisfaction rating.
• On-time reporting and documentation accuracy.

Competencies:

• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Product knowledge in tires and automotive.
• Problem-solving and customer service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years' sales experience (tires/automotive industry preferred).
• High School or College graduate.
• Goal-driven, with proven ability to hit targets.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
